Interest-only construction loans convert to fully amortized permanent financing upon the completion of construction (one-time closing).

Agricultural Loans

We offer short- and intermediate-term agricultural and production loans. Short- and intermediate-term loans are tailored to meet the borrower's normal production schedule. Intermediate-term financing is available at fixed or variable rates.
